What does it cost to use the platform as a host?

We charge a success fee of 5% (incl. VAT) for completed bookings. For example, you pay us €10 if a booking with a total value of €200 is made through My-Playrooms. (Please note: the commission model currently only applies to playrooms in Germany. For playrooms in other countries such as Austria, Switzerland, or the Canary Islands, a different pricing model applies.)

Can I also record bookings I receive by phone on the platform?

Yes. Bookings made through traditional channels such as phone or email directly to you can be entered manually on My-Playrooms. Since these bookings were not made through My-Playrooms, we do not charge any success fee. They are therefore completely free for the host.

I already have my own booking calendar. Can I synchronize it with the booking calendar on My-Playrooms?

Yes, the booking calendar of your SM apartment on My-Playrooms has a dedicated link. You can find this link on the "Occupancy Plan" page. Using this link, you can easily integrate the calendar into your existing booking system. Similarly, you can import your existing booking calendar into the My-Playrooms calendar – simply paste the URL (i.e., the internet link) and you’re done!

Does My-Playrooms offer a payment system for bookings?

At the moment, we do not offer a payment system. Each host handles payments individually with their guests. Technically, however, we are already prepared, and depending on demand, we can implement a payment system at short notice. Please let us know if you would like to see an integrated payment system on My-Playrooms! Just send a short email to [email protected].

How does billing with My-Playrooms work?

We invoice you for the success fees incurred in a given calendar month. You can then transfer the amount to our bank account.

What are the benefits of My-Playrooms for me as a host?

In addition to a more professional and efficient booking process, we offer extensive marketing activities. Through trade fairs, media coverage (e.g., Playboy), an SEO-optimized web presence, and other promotional efforts by My-Playrooms, we help you reach a larger audience worldwide. This increases your occupancy rate and overall revenue.

My holiday apartment is usually fully booked. Why would I need a booking platform like My-Playrooms?

For well-booked playrooms, we offer a waiting list feature. Interested visitors can join the waiting list for a specific period. As soon as a vacancy becomes available (e.g., due to a cancellation), they are automatically notified by My-Playrooms. The visitor appreciates the opportunity — and you, as the host, can enjoy recovering lost revenue.

If a guest books my BDSM apartment via My-Playrooms, is the booking immediately binding for me?

When a guest books, they first submit a booking request via My-Playrooms. You will receive this request from My-Playrooms by email (and optionally via Telegram, if you set that up). You can then choose to accept or decline the booking request. The booking only becomes binding for you as a host once you actively accept it.

Can a booking request or a confirmed booking be modified afterward?

Yes. It often happens that a guest selects the wrong time or forgets to add an extra item such as a bottle of wine. In such cases, you as the host can modify the booking afterward — either at the guest’s request or after consulting with them. You don’t need to worry about the resulting price adjustments — the platform automatically recalculates everything for you.
